This is what my Saturday morning looked like. Crisp fall air, nice big picture window through which to watch the leaves fall, hot sweet coffee and the DBS. Eleven hours later, I am freeeee.And here is the finished ensemble:
I embroidered a little butterfly on the hat!
Altogether, I'd say it took me about 40 hours to make the booties, hat, and sweater. I learned a lot. Mostly about how I don't know if I ever want to knit an adult sweater. For now, I can get back to knitting socks. Lots and lots of socks. I hope I have enough yarn...
